This Policy explains what we collect when you use Cliptics, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.
Your data is processed to run the Service: validating views, computing payouts, fighting fraud, meeting legal obligations, and contacting you about your account or campaigns. We never sell personal information.
We share limited data with the following processors strictly to deliver the Service:
Only a handful of strictly necessary cookies are set, covering authentication and CSRF protection. No third-party advertising trackers run on the Service.
We keep account and campaign records for as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure to satisfy anti-fraud obligations. Payout records (PayPal email, IBAN, transfer history) are retained for up to 10 years after the last transaction as required by EU/Italian tax and accounting law. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be retained indefinitely.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. EU and UK residents may complain to a supervisory authority (for example, the UK ICO). California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

Your data is protected with industry-standard safeguards: encrypted transport, hashed passwords, and access controls on production systems. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected vulnerabilities to [email protected].
We announce material updates to this Policy on the Service at least 30 days ahead of their effective date.
