This Policy explains what we collect when you use Cliptics, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.
We process your data to operate the Service, validate views, calculate payouts, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account or campaigns. We do not sell your personal information.
We share limited data with the following processors strictly to deliver the Service:
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for authentication and CSRF protection. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the Service.
We keep account and campaign records for as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure to satisfy anti-fraud obligations. Payout records (PayPal email, IBAN, transfer history) are retained for up to 10 years after the last transaction as required by EU/Italian tax and accounting law. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be retained indefinitely.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. EU and UK residents may complain to a supervisory authority (for example, the UK ICO). California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, and access controls on production systems. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected vulnerabilities to [email protected].
Material changes to this Policy are announced on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.
